Hello, and welcome to my Homepage! I am a first year graduate student in the English Literature PhD program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I recently received my MA in English Literature from the University of Rochester. In 2012 I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in English Literature, a certificate in Slavic Studies, and a BPhil. My academic interests include digital humanities, new media studies, gender studies, and 20th century literature. I developed many of these interests through a research fellowship from the University of Pittsburgh's Honors College, which culminated in my Bachelor of Philosophy degree. My fellowship research, as well as other papers and projects, can be accessed through the projects page on this site. You can find my undergraduate dissertation at the University of Pittsburgh's Institutional Repository. I am also interested in the philosophy of markup, issues of textuality, and the history of the book. Currently, I am working on both The William Blake Archive and The Willa Cather Archive. My work on these projects involves creating and editing textual transcriptions and working on interface design.
